Sponsorship
Just like in previous years, the conference could not happen without sponsors and partners. If you’re interested in supporting the conference, use this form. If you have some questions, please contact us by e-mail.
Sponsorship levels
Based on experience from previous years, we have defined three variants of sponsorship “packages” with different amounts and benefits. If you would like to do some changes to the benefits, let us know - we may be unable to change them for this year, but we will consider your suggestions when preparing the next one.
gold
- contribution: 50.000 CZK
- 8 free tickets (for the main conference only, does not apply to trainings/workshops)
- logo placed on home page of the conference (for year 2026)
- logo placed on the page listing conference partners
- three job listings on the website / at the conference (conditions below)
- information materials (brochure and up to two A4 sheets) placed on the registration desk
- banners / roll-ups placed in the front part of the two conference halls (behind/next to the speaker)
- information table / booth next to the registration desk
- number of sponsors on this level is limited to three
silver
- contribution: 25.000 CZK
- 5 free tickets (for the main conference only, does not apply to trainings/workshops)
- logo placed on the page listing conference partners
- two job listings on the website / at the conference (conditions below)
- information materials (up to two A4 sheets) placed on the registration desk
- banners / roll-ups placed in the front parts of the two conference halls (behind/next to the speaker)
bronze
- contribution: 12.500 CZK
- 2 free tickets (for the main conference only, does not apply to trainings/workshops)
- logo placed on the page listing conference partners
- one job listing on the website / at the conference (conditions below)
- information materials (one A4 sheet) placed on the registration desk
Jobs page
The positions listed on the “Jobs” page may have a title of up to 100 characters and a description of up to 1000 characters each. Each position must include a link to the full job advertisement on the website of the business or a partner.
The business must inform the conference organizer at email contact@p2d2.cz if the position is no longer available, which will result in its removal. Listings may only be edited to correct grammatical or layout issues. All listings will be removed one week after the conference ends.
Other conditions
None of the sponsorship / partnership variants includes a “slot” for a talk or a keynote. We welcome talk proposals submitted through the regular call for papers process, but we pick talks independently, not considering the contributions.
Requests for sponsorship will be handled on a “first come - first serve” basis (applies especially to the Gold level, as the number of sponsors on this level is limited).
Information materials (that should be placed on the registration desk), rollups etc. can be sent directly to the conference venue, about 14 days before the conference. We’ll provide the address on request.
Financial disclosure
The primary purpose of all funds received from sponsors is funding the conference (catering, travel expenses for foreign speakers if requested, etc.), with the intent to make the event about “break even”.
Any remaining funds (if any) will be used by CSPUG for future growth and expansion of the even and/or supporting PostgreSQL-related activities like local PostgreSQL meetups.
A detailed list of income/expenses is available on the CSPUG transparent account, which we’re required to have as a registered non-profit.
